Dr. Alvin Gutierrez, M.D.
Dr. Alvin Gutierrez, MD is a board-certified physician who has been serving the Broward community for two decades. He is dedicated to providing each patient great results from more advanced treatments.
Dr. Gutierrez completed his residency training in internal medicine through the Columbia University Harlem Hospital Center in New York City. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine through American Board of Internal Medicine and obesity medicine through American Board of Obesity Medicine.
Dr. Gutierrez partners with you in obtaining an optimal level of internal and external wellness and making you healthier, feel better, look younger, and live longer.
Liezel de Guzman
Liezel de Guzman is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to obtaining her Master’s degree she worked as a Cardiac ICU nurse at AdventHealth Orlando.
She is currently practicing in a primary care setting. She believes that she can offer a more holistic approach to care by addressing not just the medical problems of her patients but also their aesthetics needs. She has acquired hours of training and certifications from Empire Medical Training and is continuously taking different classes and courses to keep herself updated in the latest aesthetic techniques and wellness.
Her goal is to provide effective, safe aesthetic treatments that will not only make our clients happy and satisfied but will also give her a sense of personal and professional fulfillment.

I've never been to a health spa before, what should I know?
Welcome! Anything new can be scary, but our staff is loving, professional, and passionate about our health center. We’re here every step of the way, so if you have any questions before, during, or after, just let us know and we’ll take the time to explain everything in as much (or little) detail as you’re comfortable with.

We also accept cash, and major cards including; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and CareCredit.
What does the AG in your name stand for?
It’s the initials of our founder’s first and last name, Dr. Alvin Gutierrez!
